A question, answered at work

  1. A parent writes

From the Messages tab, about their own child. No phone numbers needed.

  2. The key educator replies

From the educator app, during the day. Unread messages are flagged so nothing is missed.

  3. It stays with the nursery

Every message lives in Nuru, not on someone's phone, and arrives as it's sent.

How messages work

One thread per child
Everything about a child in one place, from the first week to the last.
The key educator answers
The educator who knows the child best sees their messages.
Owners can see everything
Switch on all family conversations in Settings, or only cover rooms without a key educator.
Unread badges
Educators and owners see what's new at a glance.
No personal numbers
Parents never need an educator's number, and educators never need theirs.
Access that ends
When someone leaves, deactivate them and their access stops straight away.
